Busy week, please check the schedule!

Trilogy Clinics:
Wednesday for boys U7, U9, U11
Thursday for boys U15 & U13
(check schedule for more information)

Always check the schedule as it may change given the weather and field conditions.  Always remember to bring your equipment and come to practice ready to start on time, so you may want to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to get equipment on.


Bring Full Equipment: 

Boys => Helmet, mouthguard, shoulder and elbow pads, stick, gloves, and cup.  Also bring a pinnie if you have one.  Cleats (soccer cleats are fine) or sneakers if you happen to practicing in the ice rink.
Girls=> lacrosse stick, mouthguard, goggles, pinnie if they have one, gloves if they have them, Cleats (soccer cleats are fine) or sneakers if you happen to practicing in the ice rink.

Bring a water bottle and dress appropriately as dictated by the weather.
